Our Professions

CMN’s strength lies in its ability to oversee the entire shipbuilding process, from prototype design to product manufacturing, including the integration of sophisticated navigation, communication, and defense systems.

To achieve this, CMN relies on a team of over 450 dedicated men and women with unique skills, united by the pursuit of excellence. The company’s demand for qualified personnel is driven by the entirety of the shipbuilding process.  

JOB MAPPING

1.Programmes.

Our Programs Management Department encompasses all the roles necessary to coordinate a program in its technical, organizational, and financial dimensions. This includes project managers, vessel supervisors, and various other professionals.

2.Technical Department.

Our Technical Department encompasses all the essential roles for ship design, covering everything from initial studies to innovation and research. This includes industrial designers, technical function managers, systems engineers, and project coordinators.

3.Preparation, Planning, Scheduling and Production Support.

Our activities in preparation, planning, scheduling and production support encompass various roles, including preparers, planning supervisors, maintenance technicians, warehouse managers, procurement officers, handling and scaffolding personnel, operational safety specialists, quality control analysts, and subcontracting managers.

4.Production.

Our Production Department encompasses all the professions necessary for shipbuilding, from hull assembly to outfitting. This includes cutting, forming, straightening, assembly, welding, boiler making, piping, locksmithing, carpentry, electrical work, mechanics and painting.

5.Testing, Logistics, After-Sales Service, Training and Transfer of Technology.

Our activities in testing, logistics, After-Sales Service, training, and transfer of technology encompass a wide range of roles, from project coordinators to engineers and technicians.

6.Support Functions.

The Technical, Programs, and Production Departments are supported by seven other divisions encompass various support functions, including sales, legal, human resources, purchasing, quality/safety/environment, accounting/finance and information systems.
